Service Demand Access and Dispatch Priority Policy

1 min read

1. Hauler Eligibility Requirements for Bidding #

To access customer junk removal requests on the Grunber platform, haulers must satisfy two mandatory baseline requirements:

  • Verified Profile (Mandatory for All Partners): Prior approval of personal identification, business records, and vehicle documentation submitted to the Grunber verification team. Every active hauler on the platform must be verified.
  • Performance Rating: An active customer review rating classified as “Good” or “Great.”

Haulers whose ratings drop below the “Good” threshold are temporarily restricted from receiving incoming service requests. Access remains paused until the hauler completes the required retraining course through the Grunber Academy and re-establishes the required performance rating.

2. Grunber Academy Certification (ESG-Aligned) #

The Grunber Academy provides specialized training focused on operator physical safety, structural property protection, and compliant environmental disposal.

Nature of Certification #

Certification is not mandatory to place bids on the platform. However, completing certification awards priority dispatch access to incoming customer requests.

Core Curriculum Focus #

  • Platform Operations: Complete operational knowledge of Grunber platform workflows, software tools, dispatch policies, and service standards.
  • Safe Handling and Property Preservation:
    • Driver Ergonomics and Safety: Proper lifting mechanics, physical safety standards, loading balance, and cargo securement protocols.
    • Property Protection Protocols: Careful handling techniques to prevent physical damage to client property, avoiding floor scratches, cracked steps or staircases, chipped wall corners, damaged door frames, and elevator or gate damage.
  • ESG-Aligned Practices: Structured sorting methods, secure waste transit, and responsible disposal strictly at authorized, environmentally certified recycling and transfer stations.

Certification Validity #

Grunber Academy certificates are valid for 24 months (2 years) from the date of completion.

Requalification Track #

The Academy hosts the mandatory requalification program required for underperforming haulers to recover access to the dispatch queue.

3. Priority Dispatch Queue for Service Requests #

Because every active driver on the platform already holds a Verified Profile, regional service demands are distributed across staggered notification windows based on verified qualifications.

Priority Tier 1: Exclusive Window 1 #

  • Target Haulers: Certified and Insured Haulers (holding an active Grunber Academy certification and an active, verified commercial insurance policy).
  • Access Level: Receive immediate, first-priority notifications for all newly submitted customer requests in their service territory.

Priority Tier 2: Exclusive Window 2 #

  • Target Haulers: Certified Haulers (holding an active Grunber Academy certification without active commercial insurance).
  • Access Level: Receive notifications in the secondary queue if the request has not reached its proposal limit during the initial window.

Priority Tier 3: General Window #

  • Target Haulers: Verified-Only Haulers (maintaining standard verified documentation and a Good or Great performance rating, without active Academy certification).
  • Access Level: Receive dispatch notifications only when required bid volumes have not been met by the preceding priority tiers.

4. Operational Logic Summary #
